The apartment includes everything that is needed: Kosher kitchen with all equipment (micro, dishwasher, stove, fridge, cooking accessories, etc.), TVs, solar water system, AC (X2), washing machine, drier, telephone, internet.
3 rooms include: 1 master bedroom with a double bed, closet, dressers, and a desk.
2 bedrooms with a sofa bed that opens for double, desk, book shelves, closet.
Apartment can sleep 6 people (4 comfortably).
Rent: $1100 per month.
Arnona (to paid by the renter): Approx 5,500 NIS per year.
Maintenance fee (for cleaning the building): Approx 100 NIS per month.
We require a cash deposit of $5,000 which will be returned by the end of the contract.
